Every enquiry reaches a supervisor rather than a call centre. Tell us the address, the approximate floor area and the hours the premises are empty, and we will arrange a survey at a time that suits the building. All requests are answered within one working day.
Business hours. The office is staffed Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30. Cleaning rounds run overnight Sunday to Thursday, so a supervisor is on the road long after the office closes. Weekend enquiries are answered on the following Monday morning, except for urgent after-builders sweeps, which we will try to schedule within seventy-two hours.
For overnight rounds, yes. Keys are signed out of the store room, carried only by the supervisor and signed back in at the end of the shift. If your building uses fobs or an alarm code, we agree a written protocol at the survey so that nobody is left guessing at the door.
Often, yes. Pub refit washdowns and after-builders sweeps can be phased into sections so that one part of the building is cleaned while another is still in use. We ask that the area being worked on is clear of trades for the duration of the shift.
The survey establishes the area, the finish level and the access arrangements. From that we produce a fixed monthly figure for the round, with one-off work quoted separately in writing. Consumables are listed so there are no surprise charges later.
